Digital Preservation and Archiving Policy

The International Journal of Information System and Innovative Technology (IJISIT) is committed to maintaining the long-term accessibility, integrity, and availability of its published scholarly content.

1. Digital Archiving

IJISIT maintains published articles and associated metadata through its Open Journal Systems (OJS) publishing platform.

2. Backup and Data Recovery

The journal publisher, PT Geviva Edukasi Trans Teknologi, is responsible for maintaining appropriate backup and recovery procedures for journal content, metadata, and publishing records.

3. Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal academic websites, and other appropriate non-commercial scholarly repositories, in accordance with the journal's Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.

4. Long-Term Preservation

IJISIT is evaluating additional preservation arrangements, including the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), to strengthen long-term access to published content. Participation and successful deposits will be reported only after they have been confirmed.

5. Policy Review

The publisher periodically reviews its digital archiving and preservation arrangements to support the continued accessibility of the scholarly record.
