About the Journal

The International Journal of Information System & Innovative Technology (IJISIT) is a peer-reviewed international journal that focuses on applied research in information systems and innovative information technologies. The journal is published semi-annually (June and December) by PT Geviva Edukasi Trans Teknologi.

IJISIT aims to publish original research articles that emphasize the design, implementation, evaluation, and application of information systems in real-world contexts. The journal prioritizes system-oriented and application-driven studies that demonstrate practical integration of computing and engineering technologies to support organizational, industrial, or societal processes.

The journal covers research areas related to information systems and applied information technology, including but not limited to information systems development and implementation, applied computer science, artificial intelligence for information systems, data analytics and decision support systems, Internet of Things (IoT)–based information systems, cloud and distributed computing, information security, human–computer interaction, and digital transformation.

Studies related to engineering or hardware technologies are considered only when they are clearly integrated with information systems or applied IT solutions, and when their contributions are evaluated at the system or application level. Manuscripts that focus solely on hardware design, circuits, signal processing techniques, or component-level engineering without a clear information system context are outside the scope of the journal.

The journal applies a double-blind peer review process and manages all editorial activities through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
